B.CP., M.CP., Ph.D.

Received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in city and regional planning from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Architecture in 1968 and in 1971 respectively. Earned his PhD. degree in city planning from the Department of City and Regional Planning at Middle East Technical University (1995). Major research interests include physical planning, urban design, basic design.
